Cancellation policy

Design - Made To Order

Cancellation Policy: Because each "Made To Order" piece is specially created for you, these orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. If you wish to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, the order is non-refundable.


Pre-Order

Cancellation Policy: You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. A partial deposit may be non-refundable, depending on the terms specified at the time of purchase. Please contact us to check the status of your order and eligibility for a refund. Once the pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be canceled but may be eligible for a refund under our standard returns policy.


 

Consign

Cancellation Policy: A consignment agreement is a final arrangement once the item has been accepted into our inventory. The original owner cannot request the item back or cancel the consignment agreement once the item is listed for sale.


 

Buy

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel a standard "Buy" order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped. Once a shipping confirmation email has been sent, the order cannot be canceled. At that point, you would need to process a return in accordance with our returns policy.


 

Rent

Cancellation Policy: You can cancel a rental order for a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the delivery date are subject to a cancellation fee of $20. Once the rental period has begun, the order cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be provided for early returns.


 

Sell & Trade

Cancellation Policy: Once you have accepted an offer to sell or trade your item and have shipped it to us, the transaction is considered final. You cannot cancel the sale or trade and request your item back.
